Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or a flat package.

To ensure the safety and quality of our prints:

• Fine art prints will be wrapped with acid-free paper and rolled to fit into the shipping tube.

• Standard prints will be inserted into a poly bag with double cardboard and placed inside a flat mailer. 

All prints are made-to-order specifically for you! :)  

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for production and shipping.

Shipping confirmation will be available via email once your order is shipped.

All prints are shipped in well-protected packaging. It is unlikely but still possible to get damaged in transit. 

For any damaged packaging, please send us a photo of the damaged package via email: exchanges@nicolasfungphoto.com, and we would reproduce the print and ship it asap. 

If you are not satisfied with our print, the print can be returned and exchanged for another one with the same value within 2 weeks after the delivery date. You will only need to cover the cost of the return. For returns, please contact us via email:  returns@nicolasfungphoto.com.

• All Fine Art Prints are limited to 50 only, it will be signed and numbered with a Certificate of Authenticity. 

• Once it is sold out, it will not be available again.
